TMJ is a common jaw disorder that affects the temporomandibular joint which acts as a sliding hinge connecting your jawbone to your skull. TMJ is very common and easily treatable with the help of a trained professional. Many people don’t know where to turn when they have chronic pain, we are the answer.

Each of our therapists is specifically trained in TMJ releases, treatments, exercises, and biomechanics. Using their unique skill set, our team of therapists will help improve your joint motion, reduce stiffness, and even use trigger point releases to help relieve additional stress on the joint. This coupled with specific exercises targeted to controlling and restoring proper jaw motion will help to re-educate the muscles to prevent further jaw pain in the future. Our goal is to reduce pain and restore function as wells as provide education for self-treatment and prevention.
