Shoulder Pain is one of the leading causes of chronic pain among Americans. RTC or Rotator Cuff Pain can be caused by a number of underlying problems not just a tear.

  • Sprain/Strain

  • Tendonitis
  • Bursitis

Elbow Pain commonly referred to as ‘Tennis Elbow’ is common in more than just tennis players.

This common injury occurs when the tendons become overloaded, commonly caused by a repetitive motion of the wrist and arm.

Manual therapy and friction therapy help to break down tension in the tendons along with breaking up any scar tissue to help alleviate pain and relieve muscle spasms. By reducing tension of the tendon and diminishing spasms, flexibility and mobility of the tendon will be greatly improved.
