Cancellation and Payment Policy

Life gets in the way sometimes. With that in mind, you are allowed 2 “late cancellation” freebies a calendar year for group classes (not private or semi-private sessions). For group classes, if you cancel with less than 24 hours before your class, a reduced $20 fee will be charged on a provided Credit Card for that class if you have an unlimited monthly pass. Please do not ask to be the exception. If you are using a 5 or 10  class pack, that class will be deducted from your package. Thank you!
