Students book privates for a variety of intentions, like:
Grasping the basics of Yoga (3+ sessions recommended).
Developing confidence to practice in group sessions.
Learn to modify a practice while healing from injury.
Cultivate a therapeutic practice to manage/improve health issues such as anxiety, insomnia, low-back pain, etc.
Learn and create a meditation practice.
Special attention to master a challenging pose like headstand or perfect form in a fundamental pose like Chaturanga Dandasana.
