I noticed this place a couple years ago and have been wanting to check them out. When I saw that they would be having an Art of Meditation class last night I knew it was time to get my booty there. I’m so glad I went! Taylor was great. Soothing voice, encouraging words, helpful tips. And Toni was wonderful to chat with. I look forward to checking out one of her classes too. AndI have 3 friends wanting to do the Art of Meditation class whenever it happens again! How about soon and regularly? Once a month perhaps!! (Taylor makes really.good.sangria!!)
I will be back, ladies. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome!
